JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Dietary Supervisor promotes the health and well-being of residents through nutrition management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees the dietary departmental staff and all facets of food preparation
Ensures adherence to standardized recipes
Ensures nutritional requirements (as directed by the registered dietitian)
Ensures facility and departmental policies and procedures, safe handling practices, and infection control standards
