Natures Guardian Inc Landscape Laborer in Water Mill, New York
Landscape Laborer: (9) Fulltime, Temporary, Seasonal (H-2B) Jobs available 03/01/2025-12/20/2025.
Employer: Natures Guardian Inc., 425 County Road 39, Waiter Mill, NY 11968.
Duties: Spring cleanups, (removal of leaves, sticks using blowers and rakes, and thatching), fall cleanups, (removal of leaves), mowing of lawns, trimming of shrubs, weeding, mulching, spreading of topsoil, tree & shrub plantings, operating of ride on mowers, weedwhackers, shrub trimmers and blowers.
Employer to provide transportation to and from multiple worksites in Suffolk and Nassau county, from designated location: 425 County Road 39, Water Mill, NY 11968.
No education required. 1 month of experience required.
Work Days Vary: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, 40 hours/week at $21.87-$23.87/hour. Up to 10 hours OT at $32.81-$35.81/hour when available.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday,
All deductions from the workers paycheck required by the law will be made.
Employers will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
