Landscape Laborer: (4) Fulltime, Temporary Seasonal (H-2B) Jobs available 03/17/2025-12/05/2025.

Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: weeding, planting, watering, mulching, digging, pruning and fertilizing. Assist with installation of drainage systems, sprinkler, water, lighting features, and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Decorate gardens with stones and plants. Loading/unloading trucks with plant and other landscape material. Perform light maintenance on tools/equipment as needed. Must lift/carry 50-75 lbs., when necessary.
Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain or drought may affect exact working hours.
No education required. 3 months of experience in specified occupation.
Work Days: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, 40 hours/week at $20.53/hour. OT at $30.80/hour when available. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday.
All deductions from the workers paycheck required by law will be made.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
Optional lodging available to foreign and non-local workers from outside normal commuting distance at no charge to workers. Utility cost will be paid by worker, directly to utility company and not payroll deducted, Optional lodging facilities are equally available to foreign & non-local workers from outside normal commuting distance at no charge to workers.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts. Transportation reimbursement based on worker's actual cost, not to exceed the most economical common carrier transportation for distances involved.
