The Role

  • Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue, answer guest questions.

  • Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest.

  • Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.

  • Answer seat location questions and provide direction to seat locations.

  • Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.

  • May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas.

  • Partner with fellow staff at the end of show to close the venue-this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.

  • Additional tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Friendly, Team player

  • Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed

  • Proficiency or ability to learn how to scan mobile tickets using hand-scanners

  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy

  • Position requires constant standing and walking.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$15.50 USD - $16.00 USD Hourly

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
