Your Role:

Our successful Banquet Bartender promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.

Keys to Success in this Role:

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent, ABC Certified/TIPS Certified/Serve Safe Manager Certification

  • Minimum one (1) year banquet and beverage service experience required and one (1) year prior bartending experience. Experience with working from Banquet Event Orders preferred.

  • Able to work flexible schedule on the needs of the business.

  • Able to work weekends and holidays as required.

  • Read and adhere to service specifications as outlined in BEO form.

  • Greet and welcome client representative and guests, responding to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

  • Operates P.O.S. System and makes accurate cash and financial transactions.

  • Accurately records all F&B revenues and corresponding receipts of money, credit cards, and complimentaries and coupon settlements.

  • Participate in department meetings.

  • Participate in set up and break down of all banquet events and facilities.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service.

  • Serve and ensure the service of alcoholic beverage in accordance with state, local and company regulations.

  • Maintains confidentiality with regard to sensitive department information.

  • Ensures accurate and timely delivery of product to guests.

  • Maintain safe and clean environment for guests and employees.

  • Prepares all settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner.

  • Restocks all items and products in area as needed.

  • Prepares inventory of area and orders necessary stock.

  • Accountable for maintaining all established par levels.

  • Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Health Department Codes.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

  • Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly.

  • Able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours.

  • Constant bending, reaching, twisting.
