3 months verifiable experience required.
Perform all duties required from soil preparation, planting, maintaining, irrigating, harvesting, and packaging for sale. Workers must have a minimum of 3 months documented work experience. Workers must be proficient in the setup and operation of drip irrigation and overhead irrigation. Workers must be able direct and monitor the work of casual and seasonal employees during planting and harvest. Workers must be able to load products into trucks and drive trucks to storage facilities, warehouses, and or markets. See ETA 790/790A for a complete job description
