Ellicott Development Part Time Cleaner in Olean, New York
Olean: Part time cleaning position, evening hours-3 to 4 hours per night, Monday through Friday. Looking for an independent, reliable person to clean office building with several offices. Candidates must be able to work on their own at a steady pace.
Duties: Shampooing carpet when needed. Trash removal-refill liners nightly/dispose of trash. Light dusting weekly. Vacuum/mop nightly. Clean restrooms/refill supplies nightly. Clean exam room/refill supplies nightly. Securing all interior/exterior doors and making sure lights are turned off nightly.
Subject to Criminal Background and Reference checks
Starting pay negotiable depending on experience.
