Dual Rate EVS Attendant

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Responsible for the overall responsibilities of the EVS functions in the absence of the Lead EVS Attendant, Facilities Manager and Director of Facilities.
• Assists in the supervision of the EVS attendants.
• Responsible for maintaining safety programs to ensure all associates and customers are provided a safe, hazard-free establishment.
• Conducts daily inspections of property to ensure efficient EVS operations and maintains a clean environment for guests and performers.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and overall condition of the public areas, gaming floor, restrooms, parking garage, outside smoking areas and offices.
• Responsible for assisting other departments in the set up and break down of special events.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training associates, planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED preferred as well as one-year previous related experience in a supervisory role.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.

While performing the duties of this job the associate occasionally works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the gaming floor, the noise level increases to loud.
