Dishwasher - 2 fulltime, temporary, peak load (H-2B) jobs available 04/01/2025 - 10/31/2025.
Employer: The Red Coach Restaurant, Inc., 2 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY 14303.
Duties: Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place on racks in the dishwashing machine. Wash pots, pans, and trays. Sweep and mop kitchen floors, take out trash and garbage. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Ability to bend, stop, stand and walk for long periods of time.
No experience or education required.
Work hours: Varies Mon-Sun 8am-11pm. 8 hours shifts. Schedule varies, rotating days off. 35 hours per week at $15.43/hr, OT at $23.15/hr. Raises and/or bonuses may be paid at the employer's discretion based on individual factors including work performance, skill and tenure.
Optional employer-provided housing with utilities will be offered upon availability at $84.00 per week.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
3/4s Guarantee: The worker is guaranteed employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12-week period.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
