Full Job DescriptionOur client is an emerging global fashion network for shopping, working with some of the most influential creators, artists, athletes, and celebrities. They are currently looking to hire a full time Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join their growing team.This is a full time role, onsite in Soho 5 days/week.Our client is seeking a hospitality-driven Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the setup and execution of all F&B offerings in their showroom space managing vendor relationships, ensuring seamless service, and enhancing guest and VIP experiences. This role is an opportunity to take ownership in a highly creative environment, surrounded by a team of fashion-forward innovators at the intersection of tech and culture.Key Responsibilities:Food & Beverage Setup & Execution- Oversee the selection, setup, and presentation of food & beverage offerings in the showroom.- Ensure all refreshments and catering align with the brand identity and themes.- Train event staff and hosts on hospitality and service standards.Vendor & Inventory Management- Source and maintain relationships with food & beverage vendors, caterers, and suppliers.- Manage inventory levels, ensuring consistent availability while minimizing waste.- Coordinate deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling of all F&B items.Event & Activation Support- Collaborate with event planners and brand partners to curate food & drink menus for showroom activations.- Oversee catering logistics and service execution during showroom events.- Ensure seamless guest experiences, from pre-event setup to post-event breakdown.Compliance & Quality Control- Ensure all food & beverage operations meet health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements.- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all F&B areas.- Implement best practices for food handling, serving, and waste management.Budget & Cost Control- Track and manage F&B spend to align with event and showroom budgets.- Identify cost-effective, high-quality options that enhance the showroom experience.Qualifications:- Experience in food & beverage operations, hospitality, or event catering, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, or experiential marketing environments.- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.- Ability to execute seamless hospitality experiences in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and presentation.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to last-minute changes.- Passion for fashion, culture, and creating elevated guest experiences.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
