Lake Placid Lodge Dishwasher in Lake Placid, New York
Job Responsibilities Include: Handle line assignments as scheduled (station prep and/or station service) Consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices according to Local Health and State Laws. Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly Empty trash containers regularly Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed Perform additional cleaning duties as requested
Requirements: Previous experience as hotel/restaurant dishwasher Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
