As a Security Screener, the employee will be responsible for the following job duties:1. Conduct regular patrols of the store, gas station, and surrounding areas to maintain a visible security presence.2. Search carry-on or checked baggage by hand when it is suspected to contain prohibited items.3. Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities or security breaches. Ensure security equipment is operational and coordinate repairs.4. Ensure safety measures are maintained at the gas station.5. Check identification and credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors as necessary.6. Contact relevant authorities in cases of urgent security issues.7. Investigate theft, fraud, and security breaches, prepare detailed reports, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.8. Work closely with store management and other staff to ensure a coordinated approach to security.9. Address customer concerns or complaints related to security issues.
