Papa Johns Shift Supervisor
Overview:Tarbell Management Group seeks a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Shift Supervisor at our Papa John's location. The Shift Supervisor will oversee the store's operational aspects during assigned shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of product quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise shifts without the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and uphold brand reputation.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store, including workstations and dining areas.
Perform opening and closing duties as required.
Assist with cash handling and reconciling transactions accurately.
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Open availability, including nights and weekends, and willingness to work flexible hours.
Ability to step in and cover shifts on short notice as needed.
Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Physical Demands:
The Shift Supervisor position requires frequent standing, walking, and bending.
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods.
