GSL Landscaping and Nursery, LLC Landscape Laborer in Duanesburg, New York
Landscape Laborer - 8 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/25-12/20/25.
Employer: GSL Landscaping and Nursery, LLC, 4820 Duanesburg Road, Duanesburg, NY 12056.
Duties: Digging, planting, mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, raking, cleaning, mulching, unloading and loading supplies and materials. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds.
Employer to provide transportation to and from worksites in Schenectady, Saratoga, and Albany Counties, from central location: 4820 Duanesburg Rd, Duanesburg, NY 12056.
No education required, 2 months of landscape experience required.
Work hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm, 40 hours/week at $19.82/hour. 0-10 hours OT/week at $29.73/hour. Bonus possible at end of season.
A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Monday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.
Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
