Buffalo, NY. Green Thumb Envir. Beaut. Inc. Maintenance Position. PT. Temp/Seasonal. Partial Benefits. $15.00/Hour.
Beautification and general cleaning duties around the grounds/historic sites. Paint/stain stand-alone objects (benches, signs, containers, tables). Maintaining shrubs, flowers, general planting, as well as the removal of damaged/pruning growth. Assist with minor repairs (and report any supplies needed for interior and exterior maintenance of buildings along with custodial projects (cleaning restrooms, replenishing paper products/soap/ emptying trash.) Clean concrete pads, picnic tables, parking area and drives, and remove foreign materials from walks, drives and lawns. Check lights, furnace, pumps, and water heaters and report any irregularities. Candidate may also sort and inventory various items and report any vandalism: Green Thumbers may not take any kind of action, report to supervisor. Green Thumbers may work within their written limitations.
