MAINTENANCE CUSTODIAN Maintains apartment community (or portfolio of communities) in a clean and orderly condition, including interiors, exteriors, common areas, vacant units and grounds. Assists in other types of basic maintenance when necessary
EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS: Cleaning, light landscaping, snow removal, and basic maintenance.
GRADE: 1 ($17-19/hour) Full Time 40 Hours/wk
