We administer rental assistance programs and offer a variety of housing-related programs and services promoting home ownership, educating renters and landlords, improving existing housing stock, and developing and managing affordable housing.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Duties include cleaning, painting, maintaining and repairing residential buildings and grounds, and assisting maintenance technicians. Properties located in Buffalo and surrounding areas.
EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. SKILLS: Basic maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds, cleaning, light landscaping, snow removal, painting, and renovation of vacated apartments.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
